Love coffee? Love Chocolate? Why not come to a free 1-hour workshop to learn more about them and taste them too? Kim Larkin has been teaching creative workshops for over 20 years. She is a licensed commercial Chocolatier and certified by the Specialty Coffee Assoc. in Coffee Foundations. She will pair certified coffee provided with different chocolate varieties throughout the class. Each person will receive a coffee-chocolate tasting wheel to help throughout the tasting. She’ll go over the health benefits as well as talk about the interesting history of both coffee and chocolate. How the cacao bean and the coffee bean transform into chocolate and coffee respectively is also highlighted, as well as exploring a variety of brewing methods. Saturday 12/14 at 11am.
