On Saturday, May 14, 2022, join the Friends of Nahant Library and many other town organizations up at East Point on Saturday. NOTE: the morning activities are by Canoe Beach at East Point (Davis Memorial Park), not the Veterans Memorial Park at the lowlands.
Groups will be selling their wares and handing out information from 10:00am – 2:00pm. The Friends will be selling nature and other books. John Maguranis from Project Coyote will answer questions and will give coyote hazing demonstrations at 10:30, 11:30, 1:00 and 1:50. Johnson Elementary School students will sing at noon.
Later in the afternoon at 4:00pm – 5:30pm, there will be maypole and Morris dancing by Forty Steps Dance, and music by Katharina Weimer and the NEC Brass Quintet. See you at East Point!
